From first idea to delivering the results. With delivering the results, we don’t mean finishing the project, having a drink and everybody is happy. The goal is to get the results for the business, not just achieving the finishing line of the project in time.
A project usually delivers a system or a software package that will be used by the organization. The system can be completely complying with all the specifications, completely cover the scope of the project and still be rubbish. The system must be useable for the organization and should fit within the work process. Only then a system can be of any value within the organisation an bring real benefits. This is our definition of a result.
Result-Comsult is more than just project management. Sure we know all the best practices of project management, write nice project plans, set up gant-charts and so on. A project usually starts earlier than the project actually starts. Result-Comsult comes in when there is vague idea, a problem or something that will be end-of-life. We deliver the competence to transform these ideas into a structured project. Not just writing down the ideas, but enhancing them, bringing in over 25 years of experience in doing complex projects.
